It’s time for another new feature release for the Practice Fusion EHR! As always, requests from our user community have guided these enhancements. Submit your own feature request in our support center today.
This latest round of improvements including new tools to help you share templates and schedule multiple facilities:
Template Management
Practice Fusion’s templates have helped improve the speed and efficiency of charting. With this release, you can also use templates to share best-practices with colleagues.
- Access Practice Fusion’s library of physician-reviewed templates for common diagnoses.
- Edit the templates to match your own processes and common treatments and then share them with other members of your practice.
- Coming soon: Help build the library! You’ll have the ability to share your custom templates with the Practice Fusion community for review and inclusion in the template library.
Schedule Multiple Facilities
In the office, at the hospital, in surgery…we know most practices aren’t confined to a single location. Practice Fusion’s scheduling system now allows you to book time in multiple facilities.
- Schedule appointments at multiple facilities from a single EHR account.
- Set appointment reminders for more than one practice location.
- Administrators can add new facilities to their account today. Or contact Practice Fusion to have multiple accounts for different facilities merged into one account.
All these changes went live on the EHR Thursday night (8/27/09). Email us support@practicefusion.com if you have any questions about the new features.
